Use nautilus-scripts and or nautilus-actions. Some info:

A simple search with Synaptic or apt from the Teminal will show you many options (and their description):
Open a Terminal (Applications - Accesories - Terminal) and then type (or copy&paste next line):

apt-cache search nautilus

For example:
nautilus-gksu
nautilus-open-terminal
nautilus-wallpaper
nautilus-image-converter
nautilus-script-audio-converter
nautilus-sendto
etc

Then to install any of them, for example:
sudo aptitude install nautilus-gksu nautilus-open-terminal nautilus-wallpaper

You know that if you press right click while hovering the mouse arrow over different things or in different places then the right-click menu contains choices that are more relevant to whatever the arrow is hovering over?
