Need dark theme on Ubuntu 18.04 Pro

I had Ubuntu 18.04 on my computer. Just never taken it off. Though I would make it Pro, it worked. What I forgot is, I am getting old, had cataract surgery. 18.04 is too bright. Have not found a way to put dark theme on it. Dark works on well on 20.04. Any ideas?

Thank you! I was at the right place, but had some of the things wrong. Thanks again, making mistakes, comes with the territory, will be 80 in 3.5 months.
