Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 3511 (Core i5-1135G7) (202104-28944)

im using win11 and im installing ubuntu as my main os , but there is a problem , my bios is locked i dont know the password and without entering the bios and changing the boot order i cant boot with the usb or disable the secure boot , but thanks to the windows bootmanger the bootloader i was able to boot with the bootable USB but the secure boot was on so it showed and secure boot policy error , what should i do , i was installing the latest version 24.04.1 , what should i do , i dont want to install the older version , i asked the dell support for this bios password reset but they said i have to buy new motherboard which im not doing . If i install linux mint instead of ubuntu i was able to install it with the secure boot on , but i want to install the latest ubuntu version not the mint what should i do please help......

Press F12 at boot, you should be able to select the USB to boot
