24.04 failed to activate camera

Running 24.04 on HP 17" (HP Laptop 17z-cp000) with AMD Athlon Gold 315OU and AMD Radeon Vega 3 graphics. Upon upgrade from 23.10 am now unable to use built in camera. Message "No Camera Found."

Open Terminal[ctl+alt+t]:
sudo snap install cheese

sudo reboot

Cheese uses GStreamer to apply fancy effects to photos and videos. With Cheese it is easy to take photos of you, your friends, pets or whatever you want and share them with others.
