https://ubuntu.com/blog/18-04-end-of-standard-support

You'll get ESM with Ubuntu Pro which may not include Firefox (I personally am unsure as I don't use it)

You could switch to a snap/flatpack of the browser and get updates that way.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityTeam/ESM/18.04

Google Chrome and Brave Browser are not provided in the Ubuntu repositories, so they must come from an external source, and that is something different-

Officially, Ubuntu is only going to offer snaps:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityTeam/ESM/18.04#Firefox_.2F_Thunderbird_.2F_Chromium_.2F_LibreOffice

There is a PPA if you don't want to use snap: https://launchpad.net/~mozillateam/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
It says it only supports FF-ESR (v115.x) for Ubuntu 18.04 ESM, but it also has a recently added version of FF 125 for 18.04, so maybe that will work too.
