I can't find any help

Asked by ewaynec

Are there any plans to provide some answers to the thousands of questions about the thousands of problems. I am not being sarcastic, I have tried for two years to learn to use Ubuntu, I have ask several questions with zero results. I have followed other peoples questions, with no results. I have yet to find any example of a question being ask and an answer being provided. This is as detailed, and to the point as I can get, because it applies to everything I have ever tried. It would be too time consuming for me to list and for you to read all the problems I am talking about. I am very frustrated and about to the point of going back to Windows.
I am a Launchpad member for almost two years, I hope someone will take the time to tell me how one goes about finding help.

Hey there. I think computers can be frustrating in general, and certainly so for Ubuntu. I think many times, no one has an answer, and so a question goes unanswered.

I know organizing help is an ongoing problem, and if you have a good idea, I'm sure people will listen. The methods I know of are launchpad, the forums, mailing lists, and IRC.

Could you point out some of the main issues you are having?

Can you help with this problem?
