Computer fans

I just want to know if a computer fans gets to dusty, does it cause to heat up faster?

Yes, clearing the dust from your fans occasionally does help performance, preferably while the machine (and fans) are all off. My neighbour uses a vacuum cleaner but not while the machine is on i think.
