Hi Amir, when someone replies to a question, they have an option to propose that comment as an answer using the `Propose answer` button which the poster of the spam comment in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/812868 has done. As the poster of the question, you can choose not to accept it as an answer and re-open the question. I have done this for you and updated the status to 'Open'. Hope this helps.
