Ubuntu 23.10 Bluetooth did work on initial 22.04 install. Now it fails. Won't enable via KDE.
Bluetooth did work on my initial 22.04 install. Now, it won't enable via KDE bluetooth system settings. I upgraded to 23.10 and I don't remember if bluetooth worked after the upgrade. However, if I check the status via systemctl, bluetooth IS enabled. See below. I don't know if this is a consequence of the upgade to 23.10 or something else.

sudo systemctl status bluetooth
