In Ubuntu 22.04, what would cause banking and email, to not NEED any password?

Asked by michael

In Ubuntu 20.04 I must put password into both emails and when I go into online banking. 22.04 is different, it requires no password. It does not bother me about emails, but very concerned about banking. Also when opening Launchpad, no password 22.04, but 20.04 requires one.

Thank You

Just another difference between Ununtu 20.04 and 22.04. Both were set the same way, but work differently. On 20.04, set to auto login, but requires passwords on gmail, online banking, and Launchpad. I had to set 22.04 to use not automatic login, to require passwords, on gmail, online banking, and Launchpad. Now to find what must be changed to make Bluetooth work in 22.04.

It seems there are differences in the behavior between Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 regarding auto login and password requirements for various services like Gmail, online banking, and Launchpad. Additionally, you've encountered an issue with Bluetooth functionality in Ubuntu 22.04. Troubleshooting these differences may involve adjusting settings related to auto login and Bluetooth configuration in Ubuntu 22.04.
