my complete pc back up and restore files is corrupt, good this i have downloaded this ubuntu cd to make communication with you guys... please help me

Once you have fixed the partitions or managed to get your data safely onto an external-drive it might be well worth installing Ubuntu as a dual-boot. Ubuntu's boot-loader often fixes a lot of Windows booting problems anyway
