how do i uninstall the server 9.04 bootloader from my win server2003

You should start from you Windows CD / DVD and repair the MBR from there. Then the bootloader Lilo/Grub is gone.

couldn't fix it with cd says inf file tstsetup.sif corrupt or missing

Start from the Windows CD and go to the DOS box. In there you should
type fdisk /mbr.
