You can order the CDs from http://shipit.ubuntu.com
But it does take a while...

If you or your local LUG [Linux Users Group] can't burn a copy, you're probably better off getting a copy from one of the many discount CD vendors.

A quick search gave: http://www.maxtux.co.uk/d_ubuntu.shtml but I am sure their are others...
