upgrade errors

When i try to run update manager i get this message, i have no idea how to fix it and i also recieve error messages saying that certain keys are missing and that these packages were not authenticated
gcc-4.2-base
ntpdate
syslinux
syslinux-common

any help?

Could you copy/paste the errormessage while processing
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

thank you for your help but i just did a clean install and it is all working fine now, thank you :)
