Username & password for Live CD Ubuntu5.10?

I have a set of CD of Ubuntu 5.10 and I tried to use the live cd to learn the Linux commands but it asked the User ID and password which I could not enter. Can I get the help in this regard immediately.

5.10 is 4 years old. 5.10=2005 October. The current release is 9.04. 9.04=2009 April.

Would you not be better to get a new release?

At all... also in the old versions on the live-cd there are no passwords.
But you should really use a newer versions of Ubuntu.
