when i download something, and when it says all files has finished downloading, and don't know how to get it working, e.g i downloaded an Audicity 1.2.6 version and i don't know how to open it or `how to get it ( help!) plz.

Thanks for the links. I went on the "synaptic package manager" and i marked the AUDACITY where i downloaded on the website yeh thats all done, but what shall i do now ? where can the AUDACITY be ?
