adobe flash player

hi i am usin ubuntu 8.10 .i download ".deb for ubuntu 8.04+"(flash player) from adobe and open it but package installer shows "error :Dependency is not available:libnspr4-dev"
give me a solution .

You may try for 8.10 [Intrepid] 'flashplugin-nonfree' via Synaptic.
.deb for ubuntu 8.04+ is for [Hardy]
