Very clearly you have a "Malformed line 31 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list"

Look at it. You might be able to work out what the mistake in the line is. If you can't then copy and paste your sources list here and someone else might be able to tell you what the mistake is.

How to access and edit it?

Open a Terminal and issue the command: gksudo gedit etc/apt/sources.list

I'm just follow the guide#
It said like this ref:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/78873

sources.list

first step, get gpgkey.. a result must be "OK"

wget -q http://packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add -
wget -q http://deb.mulx.net/pol.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add -

copy and paste this to your /etc/apt/sources.list

If you look at your sources list you will see that most lines are about hardy. Towards the end you have lines which refer to gutsy and feisty. You should not mix your sources. They should all be hardy - or not there.

The heading of this post is: ERROR LINE 31: deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-members-kde4/ubu...gutsy main

GUTSY!

Try making this line ineffective. As before open a Terminal and issue the command: gksudo gedit etc/apt/sources.list

Put a # in front of this line. Save. Close. Try again with: sudo apt-get update. What happens?

If you read the Medibuntu install Repository page at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu it says that you 1) install the repository and 2) Get the GPG key, not the other way around.

You can get PPA GPG keys by running the Perl script at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1056099
