problem with logfile error linux-desktop kernel: [ 907.232919] ACPI: Unable to turn cooling device [f6c2df18] 'on'

i keep having this error in my logfile every 6 seconds. linux-desktop kernel: [ 907.232919] ACPI: Unable to turn cooling device [f6c2df18] 'on' i have seen this error in ather forums but i still havent founds a fix that works. i am currently running ubuntu 9.04 (jaunty) my logfile is getting very large and i would like to fix this error or atleast do sumthing to turn it off. i dont want to shut off the logfile compleatly but this error needs to go away. if anybody knows how to accomplish that i would be greatful thanx!.
