unable to open particular pages eg http:// bbservice.bsnl.in

I am using firefox 3.0.12 and i want to check my usage so we got to open http://bbservice.bsnl.in i am able to login with my user name and pw but thereafter it doesnt go further...i reach to this page and stays there only...

I can open it in my browser. I think there might be a problem with some settings or so. Or security. Or there might be a missing plug-in.

Guys using firefox I am still unable to open it.....what Rob is using ie4linux that i don't want to use it
