What do I do with the down load, its ISO?

I have just down loaded Ubuntu 9.04 desktop i386.iso

Spybot scans it but then what do I do?

Using Windows XP home sp3.

Help please.

Have you got a cd/dvd burning application installed in your pc?
If yes, almost any burning application supports iso burning: you should check the menus for a voice like "write image to disc" or something similar, then select the iso file when prompted.
If no, you can google "iso burner free", choose one random application then proceed.
