uninstalled kvm, log shows error "failed to start"

Asked by Larry Jordan

Hi.. I installed kvm hoping it would help after reading about it in Ubuntu User magazine. It turned out my hardware wasn't usable for it, so I removed it (sudo apt-get remove kvm), but now at startup I get an error message saying kvm failed to start. How come the kernal module wasn't removed automatically and how do I get rid of it now?
