Can someone provide USB drivers for GSM phones

I am using GSM handsets like Motorazr v3i and sony ericcson k300i, which are capable of connecting to the internet as they can function as a modem. Can someone provide linux drivers for these handsets?

The standard driver pl-2303.c available with the kernel 2.6.xxxx dosent serve any good. I have tried it several times without any considerable success. I do not want windows/winex based solutions.
