Enable guest session at boot on 9.04

Is it possible to access the guest session at boot time?

I thing it is a security issue to NOT have a guest session (w/o password) before a real user logs in.

But you can create a new account via System-->Administration-->Users and Groups and restrict it as far as you want by clicking on it and choosing Properties.
