Invalid MD5 for wubi-9.04-rev128

Asked by Venu

Hi Guys,

Today I have downloaded Ubuntu9.04 Desktop version. I have extracted .iso file and made CD. I am trying to install Ubutu on my DELL Inspiron which has already XP. When I am running Ubuntu Install shield on XP I got the following ERROR on Log file showing as:

ERROR CommonBackend: Invalid md5 for ISO C:\ubuntu\install\installation.iso (66fa77789c7b8ff63130e5d5a272d67b != 725eb26a7badea67f0800ec7fd1c9595)

Please let me know how can I fix this.

Thank You

Probably the file was corrupted somewhere in the net; it happens that's why the MD5 checksum is of importance.
Download once again, MD5 checksum it, if alright burn the image on a disk, then beginning installation check the disk for errors by it's own option.

Can you help with this problem?
