I'm having problem when trying to watch videos un You Tube, video come out in laps and sound

On 2 of my Computers I have change to 9.04 Ubuntu on both I have problem with video specially when try to watch a you tube video, Sound and video comes out in laps.

I suppose you're talking about Firefox? Can't help with it but till you manage it there you can use Totem Player, the default movie player. Its not so convenient but could work better. In the sidebar change the Playlist with YouTube and type the search query and a set of picked videos comes.
