problem upgrade kernel for linux-image-2.6.28-13-generic

Asked by kjancsi

Hello!

I've installed an Asus WL-120G V2 miniPCI wifi card on my Dell laptop before five days (Dell Latitude C540 notebook, Ubuntu 9.04). That was working properly until upgrade to kernel linux-image-2.6.28-13-generic. Now, the card can't attack oneself to my router.

Just use the 2.6.28-11-generic meanwhile and stay tuned with the bugreport.
The next version will come... and you can give it a new try.

You are not running an open internet-server... so the security-issues are not affecting you. (In fact it's just an ABI-change in -13, that you can ignore at all.)

Greetings
