Computer won´t start after hibernate (boot cd doesn´t help)

My ASUS F5RL doesn´t start after I hibernated it. Nothing comes on the screen but sounds like it does a little loading at start. Booting with cd doesn´t help. I reads the cd but again screen keeps being totally black.

If the liveCD doesnt boot then you most likely have something wrong with your actual system as the LiveCD will bypass any settings or apps you have on your hard drive as the LiveCD simply does not access the internal drive. It will even boot if one is not present on the system.

I suggest you check your RAM for errors using the Live CD as well as set your BIOS to failsafe defaults.

Would you try for first unplugging from the power and/or pulling the battery out and after a while pushing it back?
