I have internet with LAN connection of second computer.But I am not able to do it in ubuntu as like in Windows.Which extra software should I use and from where?

ok the question isnt hugely informative. Lets see if we can clear this up

1) Do you use a router to share your connection?
2) How is the Ubuntu system connected to the internet? Does it connect to a router or do you use a USB modem or dialup?
3) If it is a router, do you connect via wireless or a wired connection
4) Is this a clean install
5) Please provide the output of:
sudo lshw -C network > ~/qwqoutput.txt; ifconfig >> ~/qwqoutput.txt; route >> ~/qwqoutput.txt; gedit ~/qwqoutput.txt

You can do this by copying the file to a usb stick or by using fs-driver in windows to read the ext3 partition and copy the file over.
