can't open dvd and cd automaticly(Unable to open 'dvdsimple:///dev/scd0' )

I have a CD-ROM 1 icon at my file system -Places bar, but when I insert a cd or a dvd, just another CD/DVD-ROM driver icon appears, and I never can mount that CD-ROM 1 disk.
problem is I can't open dvd from my vlc media player, and I can't play any cd disk, informatoin aways say something like this:
 No playable CD found.

No CD inserted, or inserted CD is not an audio CD. ( in the bmp music player)

and :
Unable to open 'dvdsimple:///dev/scd0' when using open disk; or nothing happens when I select the cdrom icon using open directory (in the vlc media player)

I could play dvd very well days ago, I think something went wrong, please help

more, when I play the files from dvd separately using open with, the sound is distorted and very harsh, i don't know what the problem

an interesting thing: when I plug out my dvd driver from my laptop, there's an audio disk mounted on the desktop, and a cd player program runs automaticly.
