Wireless keyboard and mouse doesn't work properly

The keyboard, when typing, when you try to type fast overlaps th letters so if you type elephant fast, eepat comes up on the screen e(L)ep(h)a(n)t

This has nothing to do with CUPS. CUPS is the printing system.
