unable to load new programs get: error occurred while loading the archive.

all the programs i try to install get an error even disks wont autorun

What is the exact error? ( attempting to install program's ) Please copy -paste this error here.

You are not trying to install an exe driver/program? Thats not done on linux/ubuntu.
