SQASHFS Error while installing

After i tried to start installing ubuntu 9.04 i got several SQASHFS errors like this
[XXX.XXXXXX] SQUASHFS error: unable to read page, block 26c23829 size xxxx
(it is not an Intel x86 system)

Your CD/DVD Image is corrupt, try downloading it again and burn it
