trouble sending attachments

not able to send attachments via thunderbird, gmail, hotmail, yousendit. my connection is great (98%), yet a message pops up saying that I have a problem wit STMP. Went back and double checked settings which look good.
any suggestions?

Some ISPs set a size limit on attachments. So I could not send you an attachment of 2Gb. How large are the attachments you are trying to send?

the attachments i'm trying to send r no more than 15 Mb. Also, I'm having trouble uploading pics to the internet (2 MB).

The link you provided points to a file in your computer. No one but you can see the attachment :)

I think too that it's a matter of size limit in one of the SMTP servers in the way.

Can you help with this problem?
