can't see or hear music videos or any videos

videos and music won't play.When I try installs it says something else is running.Nothing has worked. <email address hidden>

Do you get any messages? Which kind of viedeos and music do you want to play with which player?

I get Emails but do surveys alot and can't see some of the images.I would like to play any music videos and movie clips.I currently have movie player and rhythm box but they don't work.

You may need to install some drivers/codecs before you can play your music/videos. Try this link:
