something is unlock
lock the directory
how to resolve the error mail me on <email address hidden>

Don't write
apt-get update

Instead, write
sudo apt-get update

You need sudo permissions to do such tasks.

apt-cdrom to make this CD-ROM recognized by APT. apt-get update cannot be

Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones
used instead.
