Dificulty in asking for a packadge of ubuntu

Dear Sir or Madame

I don't understand how can I request a package of Ubuntu for intel architecture and power pc. If I click in architecture, the message 0 package selected appears, but I can't find the right place to select the package. I wait for your help.

Hmmm, can you give us more information on what you want to do:

1. What are the particular packages are you trying to install?
2. What is the package manager you are using?
3. Are you installing for a single x86 or ppc machine, or one x86 and one ppc machine?

We would be better prepared to answer your query once we know what you intend to do, and how you tried to do it. ;)

We are not trying too install, we are trying to oreder it....
The menu gives three choises, and when you select one it tells tou to select binairy options, bet when yoy click on it, the screen stays partly blank, is doesn't show anything, so one cannot choose..
If you do not understand what I am saying, try it for yourself...

Hmmm, I think you have the wrong link. The place for getting Ubuntu CDs is at http://shipit.ubuntu.com , and you can use your Launchpad account to log in and request from 1 to as many CDs as you would need.

Other than that, you can also obtain Ubuntu CDs from your local Linux User Group (LUG), if you have access to one.
