why no sound in amarok or aol music (firefox 3.0)

73479 refers. 73479 needs some attention.

Mechanically, amarok and aol music work, but they produce no audio to them. Just judging from the terminal printouts I have gotten from amarok the problem is rooted pretty deeply in the operating system itself.

 But I am just a nubee and do not know how to de-crypt the printouts in my possession. Hence, my request for help.

73479 takes care of amarok. It is still an open question and I want to deal with it there.

I got aol music to play...what does not play in Linux is Israeli Radio Jukebox (www.a7.org/jukebox). A plugin, moonlight???, was installed on Firefox 3.0 per INR request, but it didnot help---maybe they have problems on their end because I can hear INR fivers on Firefox in Windows XP.

Since amarok is dealt with elsewhere in 73479 and because aol.music.radio works, I am going to close this one out. INN player is being handled directly with Israeli National Radio Tech Support.
