Ordered CD for new verision of UNBUNTU

Hello,

I ordered the new verizon of Ubuntu back in April, when it came the sleeve was empty, no CD. I went online and ordered it again, but there is no were to put in an explanation that I did not get the CD. They rejected my second order.

I ordered another one today and in the line that says organization, I put 'last CD was not in CD holder'. I hope they read and understand this.

Does anyone know how to contact them to let them know if there is a problem.

Thats strange. Id say the only thing you can do is to download the cd and burn it on a disk yourself.
