install

Asked by gary

Hi,
I want to install ubuntu 9.04 on my laptop. I have 8.04 on it now and updates have been filling up disc space. Can I do a clean install of 9.04 with out problems? Do I do it from boot up? Thanks

Gary,

What do you mean by "without problems"? You can do a clean install, replacing the current version of Ubuntu on your system along with all of your files, and you should be all right, but I'm not sure if this is what you are asking.

Please keep me posted.
