When I try to log in to my E-mail account, that is, I write my username and my password and press the Enter button at my computer keyboard, I get the message "400 Bad Request" and, further information one line below: "nginx/0.7.41". Result: I `m denied access to my E-mail account. Has someone hijacked my E-mail account?

No. Its a problem with a web sever I think for error 400. Contact who ever hosts your email and say the error and they can help you.
But in any case this isnt a support forum for your particular question.
