The short answer is: no.

7.04 reached the end of its support cycle in October, 2008 and 7.10 in April, 2009.

You will have to install a current version such as 8.04, 8.10 0r 9.04.

8.04, Hardy Heron is a Long Term Support (LTS) version with support on the Desktop until April, 2011.
8.10 is supported until April, 2010.
9.04 is supported until October, 2010.

Can you help with this problem?
