To run the command that the error message you are getting advises you to run you
need to open a terminal. Do the following:

1) Open Applications->Accessories->Terminal
2) At the prompt type: sudo dpkg --configure -a
3) Enter your password when prompted

This command will reconfigure the packages that are in a broken state and should
fix your problem.

Can you help with this problem?
