i have made in my soure .list , now ubuntu wont download any new packages ,its not updating through update manager...

 This is my new source .list , that i found from a website ..... its a blog that gives detailed info on what to do after installing jaunty jackalope ... i followed the steps changed the source.list already present with the one i got..
now when i run update manager it says
E: Could not get lock /var/cache/apt/archives/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the download directory

WHEN I CHECK FOR UPDATES IT SAYS

IN THE TERMNAL IT ALSO SAYS RUN APT-GET UPDATE TO CORRECT THESE...
please help me im really worried i dont even have the original source . list i cant also downlad any packages now
the termional some times also say
E : cannot lock the dowload directory....
please respond asap

With the error message below:

E: Could not get lock /var/cache/apt/archives/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)

Try closing other opened apt processes like apt-get, synaptics package manager, aptitude, or add/remove program. You can list apt running processes by doing the terminal command below:

ps aux | grep apt

and killing the process with:

sudo pkill -9 Process_ID_Listed

Ok i'm new to Ubuntu !! i'm using a windows version, it will not do updates? say's some thing like E: something repostory can not load? other time's says check my internet connection, and i'm on the internet, and it show's i'm connected?

HELP !!! lol
