Move Music 2 Rhythmbox

Hi, as a complete novice 2 Ubuntu 9.04 or just a numpty, how do you add Albums that are already on my Music Folder 2 Rhythmbox? Tried 2 import a CD directly but i cant do that either!!!

Edit -> Preferences, in the "Music" tab at the top there's a box for the location fo your music files, which is normally files:///home/<your_user_name>/Music
Under that is a checkbox, "Watch my library for new files", select this.
