How can I suggest a change in the security feed

Dear support, here at https://ubuntu.com/security/CVE-2023-4807 for nodejs for jammy it is marked as "needed" instead of not vulnerable. What does it mean? Is it intended? Could you please correct it if it is the case that it is an error or could you explain me also how to suggest correctly changes for the security feed?

If you open the page in question and scroll down to the very end, there you should see a link "Report a bug on this site", which creates an issue document on github.com.
