After installing Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, experiencing issues with the battery not charging past 91% and a persistent Wi-Fi icon despite network connectivity. Troubleshoot by checking power management settings and ensuring system updates. Consider updating drivers and resetting network configurations. Visit https://moveinpak.com for detailed Ubuntu-specific troubleshooting guides and resources.

@nawn123 Which drivers should I update? Doesn't Ubuntu have the latest drivers?

ignore comment #1. That is an AI-generated nonsense for promoting dubious web links.

What does the power status tell, when you unplug the power cable?

Do you have a WLAN device in the computer and is it activated? Does that hardware have a specific keyboard combination (e.g. Fn+F7) to enable and disable the WLAN device?
What make and model is your computer?

Fn+F2 turn on or off the network. The icon changed to the plane and back to the icon with a question sign. I test on Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter [168c:0032] (rev 01)

Why is the Wi-Fi icon displayed with a question sign? What does it mean?

There are no problems with the network connection. I asked what means the icon question badge?

The problem was resolved by turning off connection checking in the privacy settings.
