18.04 is end of life and not supported in any way. I suggest you wipe the install off and do a clean install of 22.04. Alternatively you can play ahead and install 24.04 which is prerelease but due to for full release in April.

Thanks, I can't change my 18.04 installation.

I found an alternative to replace ssh.

For a remote connection between two computers there is TEAMVIEWER.

Then you won't be supported. Install Windows XP then contact Microsoft for support. You'll get exactly the same result. Releases of operating systems fall away from support. You won't get any packages for updates and your OS will always be considered unsecure.

I will do this update with a new computer. It's good to block ssh when the version is no longer updated. SSH is the number one protocol that drives updates. There are others that can replace it without file transfer obligation.

Can you help with this problem?
