Issue-Download full packages

Hi there!

I’m recently working on a Language Pack and have some issues regarding the download of full packages. Thus, I have two questions:

1. I’m not able to download the full language pack containing the according key in the “header” of the .po/.mo files. The downloaded pack only contains modified templates, while the untranslated packages are missing. Is there any way to download the - latest - full pack (also containing the empty/untranslated templates)?

2. Is it possible to translate words/phrases used multiple times simultaneously? Which means type the translation once and modify it in all templates that are containing it?
