Possibly:

sudo apt install --reinstall python-opcua-tools

Then retry. You may also want to convert your GPG keys for your repos to the new way of handling them. It'll get rid of the warnings.

The configuration file for the package system seems faulty (contains an unhealthy mix of different release names).

For diagnostic purposes please provide the output that you receive for the following commands:

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
cat -n /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt install --reinstall ubuntu-advantage-tools -f

There are just a few errors in the sources.list configuration file.

Issue the command
sudo gedit /etc/apt/source.list
(or use any other text editor with admin rights enabled)

In all lines except the third one (the one with "cdrom") replace "focal" by "jammy"
Delete the first two lines (a comment line and the line with "xenial").
Save the file and close the editor and then run the command

sudo apt update

Remark:
There are more config files in the /etc/apt/sources.list.d directory which should be corrected as well. E.g. in the file for mysql the string "bionic" should be replaced by "jammy".

Ok, the general sources.list file looks ok and the broken package dependencies seem to be corrected. Installing packages should work again.

What is now the output of the command
lsb_release -crid
?

To the mysql repo:
Do you need mysql installed, and which version and from which repository do you want to have?

In repo.mysql.com you can either have mysql-5.7 for bionic (which does not match the Ubuntu release that you are running) or you can have mysql-8.0 for jammy.

The line in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mysql.list for your Ubuntu release should read
deb http://repo.mysql.com/apt/ubuntu jammy mysql-8.0

Thanks a lot, everything seem to be working fine now.

I have made

lsb_release -crid
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
Release: 22.04
Codename: jammy

the update output too seem to be okay now.

Really appreciate, Thanks a lot
